TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions.
- You must be a Logan City Light and Power customer with an account in good standing to receive a rebate.
- The rebate is limited to one lawn mower and one snow blower per household.
- All equipment must be new and purchased on, or prior to, the date of the application and not earlier than January 1, 2025.
- Applications must be filed no more than 6 months after purchase of the item.
- All rebates are subject to available funds and will be serviced on a first-come, first-served basis when a COMPLETE application is received by our office.
- Rebates are processed as soon as possible after application submission.
- All rebates are issued as bill credit and will appear on the bill arriving the month after your rebate is processed.
- You must live at an address within Logan City Limits to receive a rebate.
- If you have applied for more than one rebate of any kind in the same calendar year with Logan City AND they total more than $600, you will need to submit a W-9.

* To qualify for the low income rebate, your total household income before taxes must be at or below 185% of poverty level. Please see the amounts in the table below to determine if you qualify for the low income incentive for battery operated equipment. When applying for a low income rebate, applicants must answer an additional set of income questions and upload proof of income for the past three months for all adults in the household. They will also be required to report social security income, disability income, unemployment income, and child support income.

For an application to be considered complete, all required fields must be filled out with the following items attached:
- A copy of the itemized receipt that indicates the manufacturer, model number, and purchase date on the receipt/invoice.
- If you are applying for the low income rebate, you will need to provide income verification documentation.
- If you have applied for more than one rebate of any kind in the same calendar year with City of Logan AND the rebates total more than $600, you will need to submit a W-9. You can find a blank W-9 using this link: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
