Description of Volunteer positions:
Administrator - Check/manage email daily, Check/manage facebook messages daily, Manage calendar of events (scheduled meetings, invitation confirmations, and communication), Manage Jotforms, Update contacts on Evernote and excel sheet as needed.
Treasurer/Finances - Manage excel sheet daily (All bills/monthly expenses, Monthly variables, bank account), check email for invoices/receipts/donations and input into excel sheet then print and file appropriately, upload deposit slips.
Volunteer Coordinator - Search for volunteers, manage all volunteer forms and necessary documents, update volunteer hours on excel sheet daily, communicate with event manager to ensure volunteers are available and scheduled for upcoming events.
Event Manager - Plan, organize, and execute events, manage event budget, reach out to potential sponsors and collaborators, advertise events, maintain accurate records of all expenditures, and ensure events are carried out successfully.
Campaign/Fundraising - Developing and implementing fundraising plans to meet our goals, including identifying target donors, setting fundraising targets, and creating strategies for reaching those goals.
Website Management - Create, update, and maintain website content ensuring that it stays up to date.
Event Volunteer - Help set up/breakdown events, greet/help attendees, assist in any activities, roles and responsibilities vary depending on the type of event.
