1. VOLUNTARY CLIENT REQUEST & INITIATION
I confirm that I have personally initiated contact with SunHub Energy or one of its authorized representatives to request solar-related information, a customized quote, or an energy-saving proposal. I am providing my information voluntarily and without solicitation, coercion, or obligation to purchase.
2. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATION (CALLS, TEXTS, EMAIL)
I authorize SunHub Energy and its authorized agents or third-party affiliates to contact me using:
Phone calls (including auto-dialed or prerecorded messages)
SMS/MMS text messages
Emails and voicemails
Purpose: To provide solar proposals, permit updates, financing options, contract documents, and related communications.

This consent is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting info@sunhubpro.com.

3. AUTHORIZATION TO COLLECT AND USE UTILITY INFORMATION
I authorize SunHub Energy and its approved third-party affiliates to access and utilize the following:
My utility account information
Electricity usage history and billing data
Full, legible copies of recent utility bills
Roof, property, or structural details needed for system design
This information will be used solely for:
Creating a custom solar design
Estimating savings
Assessing incentive eligibility
Coordinating with installers and financing partners
4. THIRD-PARTY REPRESENTATIVES
I understand that SunHub Energy may assign qualified third-party professionals, such as:
Licensed contractors and surveyors
Design and permitting teams
Installation partners
Financing and rebate processors
These professionals may contact me to complete the steps required to move forward with my request. All parties are bound to comply with applicable privacy, data protection, and regulatory standards.
5. REQUIRED SITE SURVEY, PERMITS, & VERIFICATIONS
I acknowledge and understand the following:
A site survey is required to confirm the eligibility of my home and roof for solar installation
This may include photos, drone imaging, or a physical inspection by a licensed technician
Permits will be ordered with the appropriate local jurisdictions following approval
Before moving forward with installation, I will receive:
Verification calls
A final contract to review and sign
Financing disclosures (if applicable)
Opportunity to ask questions or decline the project
**I understand no installation will occur until I review and sign all required documentation.
**I understand that I will never be forced or misled into signing or proceeding with a solar agreement.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
If I sign a contract and later choose to cancel after materials, labor, permits, or services have already been ordered, I understand that:
Cancellation may result in fees, depending on the terms and conditions of the selected installer or financing provider
All fees will be disclosed to me clearly in the contract I sign
I will have the opportunity to review and agree to all terms prior to being charged or committed to any service
7. PRIVACY, SECURITY & DATA USE
All information will be securely stored and used only for the purposes outlined. SunHub Energy will not sell or disclose my data beyond the approved scope of service.

This is in full compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
8. TERM & REVOCATION
This authorization is valid for 90 days from the date of signing. I may revoke it at any time by submitting written notice to:

9. LEGAL NOTICE & LIABILITY WAIVER
I understand:
This is not a commitment to purchase
No savings or eligibility is guaranteed until full evaluation is complete
SunHub Energy is not responsible for changes in utility rates, program rules, or government incentives
All representations will be made in writing for my review and approval
By signing below, I release SunHub Energy, its representatives, and affiliates from liability related to the collection, handling, or processing of my data or communications, so long as it is used within the scope of this agreement.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, I confirm that I understand and agree to everything outlined in this document. I requested this service, provided my information voluntarily, and have been made aware of all key steps, including site survey, verification, and cancellation terms.
