● If we receive your business info by June 3rd, we will put it on our weekend activity sheet that is handed out to all campers.
● Times allotted for the Splendor and Splurge event will be from 10:00am-3pm on Saturday, with set up from 8:30am-10:00am. Please stay during this whole time. It would be distracting for others if you dismantled your spot. You have 90 minutes before the event starts and 60 minutes after to take down. Please be courteous and considerate when parking and unloading your products. Please unload, go park, and then set up.
● This event is both indoors and outdoors. Please feel free to bring a POP-UP Tent to place on the lawn. We may have a few picnic tables for you to use; let us know if this type will work for you, otherwise, you must provide your own tables and chairs. Each space will be approx. 8’x10’.
● The public is welcome too! However, NO advertising is made. This is a private campground, guests are required to pay a $5 visitor fee and parking is always a challenge. Non-camper visitors must register at the OCC Office, display a car pass and pay $5/adult visiting fee.
Please, NO parking on the roads. No smoking near the buildings. All visitors must abide by OCC rules and policies. NO dogs please.
