2025-2026 Graduating High School Senior Scholarship Application

The Scholarship Application must submitted online by 11:59p.m. on March 31, 2026.

Application Eligibility and Requirements Include:
- Applicant must be an African American Male or Female
- Completion of Scholarship Award Application
- College acceptance letter or Admissions Office email notification (if applicable)
- Essay of at least 250 words (maximum 350 words) must be typed double-spaced and uploaded below.
- GPA (unweighted or weighted)
- Community Service Hours
- Letter of recommendation from an employee at your school on official letterhead
- Letter of recommendation from community organization on official letterhead
- Photo must be a headshot, 4x6 size, color, and a JPEG/JPG file
- Application Verification & Photo Release Forms must be completed

High School Scholarship for Graduating Seniors To be eligible you must be a graduating high school senior from a high school on the Eastern coastline of Daytona Beach, from as far north as Ormond by the Sea to as far south as New Smyrna Beach.
