Cars & all participants can arrive beginning at 8:00 am.
This event opens to the public at 10:00 am.
Participants must have cars or tables in place by 9:00 am. After that, we reserve the right to give your spot to someone else. All parking will be on paved parking lot surfaces.

Judging will begin at 12:00PM.
During judging of vehicles, the car must be unlocked, trunk and hood open.
No trailers, please. Space is too limited.
50/50 Drawing winner and Awards will be presented at 1:30 pm.

Your confirmation of registration will be automatically emailed to you. Please save a copy on your phone or bring a print out as proof of pre-registration.

Sponsors: Upon commitment to sponsor, please send your LOGO as a hi res PDF, PNG, PSD, or JPEG to Ali.Cornelius@greenwichct.org.

Exhibitors: Participants wishing to be located together need to specify as such. We will do our best to group clubs together but may not be able to do so. Participants will accept responsibility for their area, and will agree to remain for the entire event. Please practice safe distancing as appropriate. This is an outdoor event.

Proceeds of this event are going to the Greenwich Police Department's Scholarship Fund (GPDSF), a non-profit 501(c)(3). Proceeds help to fund college tuition for the children of active Police men and women.

To all Participants: By attending this event, you release and discharge the Town of Greenwich and the GPDSF and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives, and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the GPDSF Car Show from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims, from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any participant to his/her person or any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of participants taking part in the event. In the event of cancellation, your pre-registration fee can be returned to you, or you can donate it to the GPDSF as a tax free donation.

Further, you agree to allow your picture to appear in promotions of the event on social media, press, TV and promotions for the GPDSF Car Show.
