2025 Aiken - Art Contest Entry Form

Deadline October 5, 2025
"The contest will be judged virtually based on the photo submission of your artwork. Please include the most appropriate representation of the piece along with a description and category of entry for each submission. The jury will complete judging based on a predetermined rubric prior to the event (link to rubric available below). Results will be announced during the festival.

Artists selected for the competition will also have the option of displaying their submissions on-site at Halfway to Heaven Mustang Rescue during the event. Artists will be responsible for set up and supervision of their artwork during the show. An Art Space will be designated. Each artist should bring an easel/stand/tent or other appropriate method of displaying the piece.

Artists also have the opportunity to participate in Vendor Village. Please complete the Vendor Jotform if you would like to reserve a sale booth during the event.

Contest artists in attendance during the event will have the opportunity to film an Artist Chat with JA Media Productions for inclusion in the EQUUS Film & Arts Fest Podcast.
