Helping Outside Animals is based in Naugatuck, CT and serves nearby communities. Shelters are made by volunteers and provided completely free of charge. Insulated shelters containing straw are in limited supply, so we cannot guarantee if or when we can provide shelters. Shelters may optionally be returned to Helping Outside Animals if no longer needed so they can serve other cats. You're welcome to donate or shop from our Amazon Wishlist so we can continue making shelters. Thank you for caring for your community cats!

Acknowledgment: I acknowledge that shelters should ONLY contain STRAW. Fabric shelters and materials like blankets, towels, and hay can kill an animal because they absorb moisture and take away from the animal's body heat. I agree to ONLY use straw in shelters and to replenish straw as needed. I agree to keep food away from shelters to not attract predators. I give HOA permission to contact me to coordinate pick-up/drop-off.*
