Machias Meadows Spring Market '25
Please Fill out this form to apply for our Spring Market. April 26th 2025 Hours: 9am-5pm. Please list individual items that you will include in your booth. Items not on the list will not be permitted for sale at the market. This is to ensure that we don’t have too many of the same vendors. Applications must be returned by March 1st. This application does not secure your spot in the market. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of being accepted or your space will be forfeited and offered to the those on the waitlist. There will be NO REFUNDS once space is reserved. This will be first come first serve for space. The barn will be open for the event at $75 per space (unheated), pole building at $125 (heated) & outdoor space for pop up tent at $40 a space. If your preference is not available, you will be notified to switch to option B or C if available. Spaces are 10x10. If you do not need the full 10x10, please contact us so we can layout accordingly. If for any reason you cannot make it to the market day of, please contact me ASAP so we can arrange other vendors accordingly to help with the flow of the event. Applications without photos will not be accepted. Please include a photo of a recent set up of your booth display. THANK YOU!
