    Registration Fees

    CURRENT 2024-2025 MEMBERS

    $90 Registration Fee- conference and 2025-2026 membership renewal

    $60 Registration Fee – conference only; does not include 2025-2026 membership renewal

    STUDENT Members

    $65 Registration and Membership Renewal*

    $50 Registration Fee – conference only; does not include membership renewal*

    * must not hold a full-time position with any college/university/institution of higher education

    NON-MEMBER (does not have a current 2024-2025 membership)

    $105 Registration Fee- conference and 2025-2026 membership

    $75 Registration Fee – conference only; does not include 2025-2026 membership renewal

    *Base Price Listed above – If paid online, a $2.00 service charge will be added.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Prior to March 15, 2025: A refund of conference fees, less a $20 administrative fee, will be made with a written request. 
    • March 15- April 1, 2025: A 50% refund of conference fee, less a $20 administrative fee, with written notice.
    • After April 1, 2025: Due to facility and institute obligations, no refunds are given.

  • Form Submission Policy:
    This form must be completed by each member registering for the conference. 

    If you have questions concerning payment, please send an email to treasurer@arkaaninc.org and request an individual invoice be created.

  • ATTENTION: You have indicated that you would like an invoice to be generated and sent to the primary contact listed on your registration. A notification will be sent to the ArkAAN Treasurer upon the submission of this form. Your registration will not be considered complete until payment has been recieved.

  • ATTENTION: You have indicated that you would like to pay for this registration on or before the day of the conference. Upon submission, you will get an automated email prompting you to pay for your registration. Please wait to pay until you are ready but payment must be made by May 2, 2025 on the day of the conference. You should be able to forward the email to your business office if they have to pay on your behalf. Your registration will not be considered complete until payment has been recieved.
