ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Dark Light Portrait Studios (the photographer) and the client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. If the parties want to waive one provision of this Agreement, that does not mean that any other provision is also waived.

SESSION FEE: There is no cost for the Anniversary Project session. However, clients have the option to purchase prints and products during the viewing session after the portraits have been taken.

PAYMENTS: Client agrees to timely payment. I accept cash, money order and debit/credit cards. In event of payment default, client is responsible for collection costs. Final payment is due prior to prints and products being ordered.

MODEL/EXHIBITION/RELEASE: Photographer retains ownership of digital originals and the unrestricted right to copyright, use and publish images resulting from this assignment for commercial, promotion, competition or other purposes such as, but not limited to, print ads, brochures, websites, exhibits and other promotions without compensation or liability to the client.

COPYRIGHTS: The photographs produced by this photographer are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without photographer's explicitly written permission. The Photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, or alter any image produced at this photo session. You may post images on social networking sites as long as the photographer is credited and tagged.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible at 757-293-5036. Please let me know within 24 hours before the session. Those who are "no shows or no calls" will not be rescheduled.

BEING ON TIME: Both the photographer and clients are expected to be on time and ready for the session according to the times stated in the contract. If the client or anyone from their party is late, the time the photographer spends waiting will still be counted towards the agreed upon session time.

DELIVERY OF IMAGES: After your viewing/ordering session, your files will be retouched and ordered from a professional lab. Once I have recieved them back, we will arrange for them to be delivered or picked up.
