We are thrilled by your interest in the Women’s Wellness & Self-Care Explosion taking place from December 4-8,2025! Immerse yourself in the exquisite setting of the adults-only, all-inclusive Iberostar Grand Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica, as

Wellness Explosion 2025 will include but is not limited to these exclusive (Wellness
explosion participants only) activities:

• Mindfulness Activities
• Breath-work Sessions
• Wellness & Self-Care Workshops
• Daily Wellness Classes (yoga, water aerobics, etc.)
• Spa Party (Note: Spa treatments such as massages or facials will be available at an additional fee)

Retreat Rates and Payment Details

Rates Per Person:

Retreat total per person if you have a roommate begins at $2022.99.  Without roommate it's $3015.25 (not including airfare and trip insurance)

Rates are based on single or double occupancy and include:

• Room
• Round-trip airport transfers to/from the resort

Note: Airfare is NOT included. You will need to book your flight separately.

Suite

• Single Occupancy Suite: $3,015.25 (includes $700 retreat fee)
• Double Occupancy Suite: $2,022.99 (includes $700 retreat fee)

*Ocean View Suite also available upon request at additional cost.

Deposit and Insurance:

Deposit: $150 per person (non-refundable)-Goes towards The Branch House Fee.

Trip Insurance: (Mandatory) Our travel agent, Jamie Early of Dreams Vacations, can assist you with trip insurance.
If you use a different insurance provider, proof of coverage must be submitted when securing your room.

Payment Plan

Room must be completely paid by September 15th.

The Branch House Fee:

All retreat activities (The Branch House fee of $700 included in price mentioned above)

The Branch House Fee must be paid by November 15.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Travel Only (Room Only):
If you decide to cancel your room reservation, please email Jamie at Jearly@dreamvacations.com. Refunds and penalties are based on the cancellation date as follows:

1. Cancel by August 29, 2024: You will receive a full refund, except for the travel insurance fee.  

2. Cancel between August 30, 2025, and September 28, 2025: A penalty of one (1) night per room will apply, based on your room category and occupancy.        

3. Cancel between September 29, 2025, and October 13, 2025: A penalty of two (2) nights per room will apply, based on your room category and occupancy.

4. Cancel between October 14, 2025, and October 28, 2025: A penalty of three (3) nights per room will apply, based on your room category and occupancy.

5. Cancel between October 29, 2025, and December 3, 2025: All reductions, cancellations, or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.

The Branch House Fee Only:
Cancel before  between October 16-November 15, 2025: You will be refunded your October payment.

Cancel after November 16, 2025: You will receive a refund of $400.

Secure Your Spot:
Visit www.mybranchhouse.com/retreats and complete the registration form to secure your place at the retreat.

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot.

Confirmation Email:
Once your registration and deposit are received, you will receive a follow-up email within 48 hours with detailed instructions on how and where to make your payments.

Wellness and Self-Care Retreat Liability Waiver
Event: Wellness and Self-Care Explosion Hosted by The Branch House
Location: JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar, Montego Bay, Jamaica

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this retreat, I acknowledge and
agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risks: I am aware that participating in wellness and self-care
activities, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, mindfulness exercises,
spa treatments, and recreational activities, may involve certain risks. I understand
that these risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness,
property damage, or emotional distress. I voluntarily assume all risks associated
with my participation in the retreat.

2. Medical Condition: I certify that I am in good health and have no medical
conditions or physical limitations that would prevent me from participating in the
retreat activities. I agree to inform the organizers of any medical conditions,
injuries, or other health-related issues that may arise during the retreat.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless The Branch House, its
organizers, affiliates, employees, agents, and JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, or causes of
action arising out of my participation in the retreat, including, but not limited to,
personal injuries, property damage, or any other loss, whether caused by
negligence or otherwise.

4. Photography and Videography: I consent to the use of photographs, videos, or
other media taken during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes by
The Branch House. I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for the use
of my image or likeness in these materials. I also release The Branch House from any liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with the use of
my image or likeness.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: I understand and agree to the cancellation and
refund policy provided by The Branch House for this retreat.

6. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency, I
authorize the organizers of the retreat to secure medical treatment on my behalf,
including hospitalization or transportation to a medical facility, if deemed
necessary.

7. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold The Branch House, its organizers,
employees, agents, and JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar harmless
from any claims brought by third parties arising from my participation in the
retreat.

DISCLAIMER AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I hereby agree to the following:

I have read The Branch House Wellness & Self Care Retreat information form that includes but is not limited to trip pricing, payment deadlines and refund statements.

I understand and acknowledge that this retreat is focused on wellness and self-care, and it does not include any Mental Health Counseling/Psychotherapy. This retreat is designed to provide a supportive environment for general self-care practices, relaxation, and well-being improvement. It is not intended to provide psychiatric or psychological counseling or therapy.

By signing up for this retreat, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to seek professional mental health services if needed, and I will not hold the organizers of this retreat liable for any mental health concerns or issues that may arise during the retreat.

Participant Conduct Agreement

As a participant in The Branch House Wellness and Self-Care Retreat, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

To ensure a positive and safe environment for all attendees, Cloteal Lee, Retreat Host, reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat at any time if their behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others, or if they fail to adhere to the retreat guidelines.

I understand that if I am asked to leave the retreat for any of the reasons stated above, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the retreat.
