TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING. *The customer is required to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $320 for each adult named in the reservation. Payment plan is $100 per fortnight (4 payments). By making payment of this deposit or full payment, you (the customer) are accepting ZaMama 'DRUM CAMP’ Terms and Conditions. *In the event of cancellation by you, the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees apply:~Cancellation 2 weeks or less before due arrival date, 0% refund~Cancellation between 2 to 4 weeks before due arrival date, 25% refund not including the deposit~Cancellation between 4 to 6 weeks before due arrival date, 50% refund not including the deposit~Cancellation between 6 to 8 weeks before due arrival date, 75% refund not including the deposit~Cancellation more than 8 weeks before due arrival date, 100% refund not including the deposit~We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled retreats and shall inform you as soon as possible. You (the customer) may transfer your full payment to another retreat/camp date within a 12 month period, pending availability or receive a full refund. We do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including travel bookings, accommodation or airfares. We reserve the right to change the Retreat/Camp location due to unforeseen issues. If any essential information changes, you (the customer) will be informed as soon as possible.
