Our International Hospitality Hotel Resort Group client is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Head Chef at regional beautiful city of NSW. Centrally located in the heart of town, the Hotel is a destination of choice for visitors to the region. Our in-house restaurant, offers a relaxed dining experience that caters to both travelers and locals alike.

Main Responsibilities ✓
As our next Head Chef, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Roster staff according to business requirements.
- Bring exceptional culinary flair and motivating leadership to your team.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets property standards and service timelines.
- Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and manage ordering.
- Oversee food preparation for all outlets, including functions and events.
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
- Develop relationships with suppliers and manage food costs.
- Maintain a clean, organised kitchen, adhering to WHS and food safety standards.
- Complete assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
Hold or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
