    I understand that if I need to change my service or reschedule my appointment, a 48 hour notice is requested to avoid a fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $50 rebooking fee that will need to be paid before rescheduling. No shows or same-day cancellations will be charged for 50% of the service missed or may be unable to book future appointments. I understand that a late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to my service so as not to force Molly to run late for her following guests. I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule and may be charged a fee for missing my appointment.

    I understand that if I have been sick with a cold, flu, or lice within the last 48 hours, I will need to e-mail Molly as soon as possible to reschedule my appointment. If I arrive to my appointment showing symptoms of illness (such as fever, cough, nausea, or shortness of breath) I will need to reschedule. Fees may be waived if enough notice has been given before the appointment.

    The salon can be a dangerous and boring place for young children. It is not recommended to bring children to the salon unless they have their own appointment or there is another adult responsible for them who is not receiving services. The salon is far from childproof and there are many chemicals, sharp objects, hot tools, etc within reach of little hands. I want all my clients to be relaxed and distraction free during their appointment. Please help us maintain this environment and ensure an amazing experience for all of the guests in the salon.
