Inclusions

Your ticket for the Connect and Create Art Retreat includes 4 nights accommodation, all workshops and activities on the schedule, 4x breakfast, 4x lunch, 2x evening meals on Friday 14th and Sunday 21st September.

Exclusions

Your travel costs to and from the venue are not included in the ticket price.

Additional food and beverages can be purchased outside of meals times at your own cost. Evening meals on 20th and 22nd September 2025 are not included in the retreat package, this is to allow participants to enjoy the flexibility to choose their own evening activities and/or menu preferences when eating out with the retreat group in Ubud.

Payment

A deposit of $300 must be paid to reserve your spot on the waitlist. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received. This payment is fully refundable if the retreat is cancelled/postponed by the organisers.

Payment plans are to be fully completed no later than 2 months prior to the Retreat start date. Payment plans are to be completed by Friday 18th July 2025.

Refunds

If you need to cancel you must have a valid reason and contact us at least 2 months before the Retreat start date. You will be eligble for a refund or ticket transfer to a future offering. If you need to cancel after this time, please note that your ticket is non refundable or transferable, but we will try to sell your spot. If you wish to cancel at any time, please email Emily info@thesoundgypsy@com.au with your request and reasoning.

Photos

We will be taking photos and videos at points during the retreat. This is so we can share what we do with others. Footage of participants will not be taken without warning or consent. We respect the sacred container we will be co-creating together as a group and we will ensure every person's preferences will be fully respected. We will also have a Whatsapp group to share everyone’s images internally within our group.
