We've been in business for nearly 13 years and hold a Women's Business Enterprise Certification. We are also very active in our community, regularly volunteering and engaging with local events. We are also a registered service provider with Cleaning For A Reason, a non-profit dedicated to connecting cancer patients undergoing treatment with cleaning services willing to provide them with 2 free house cleanings.

Compensation:

• Earn $450-$550 PLUS TIPS paid weekly within your first 30 days, with the opportunity to earn $850 per week PLUS TIPS after 3 months.
• Supplemental Pay: Earn Bonuses for Excellence, Reviews and Referrals! Plus your work mileage between job locations is reimbursed as well.
• Benefits: 40 hours Sick Paid Time Off annually with option for Regular Paid Time Off after 2 years PLUS Unlimited Unpaid Time off with proper notice.
• Work-Life Balance: Typical hours are within 9a - 5p. No nights or weekends required, although opportunities for these additional hours are available on occasion.
  PLEASE NOTE: Work hours are Part-Time to begin while we build your schedule, and Full-Time Hours after 90 days.
• Major Holidays and Your Birthday Off: Never work a major holiday again, plus Paid Birthday Off after 120 days!

Clear opportunities for advancement include:

-Team Lead: Oversee a small team, manage schedules, and ensure quality standards.

-Trainer: Train new hires, develop training materials, and improve cleaning techniques across the team.

What Success Looks Like:

3 Months: Full schedule, maintaining quality, and earning positive online reviews.
6 Months: Eligibility for promotion to team lead.
9 Months: Eligibility for promotion to trainer role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to handbook policies and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
2. Communicate effectively and report any discrepancies in job notes.
3. Work independently and support team members as needed.

Requirements:

-Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
-A valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.
-Regular access to a reliable, insured vehicle to commute to and from assigned jobs.
-Ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) after 30 days and live within 25 minutes of downtown Mount Clemens.
-Enjoy working around pets
-Able to engage with our electronic app via a smartphone.
-Must be willing to submit to a National Criminal Background Check, Motor Vehicle Report and Drug test.
-English proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
