Rhino Sands is a private game reserve that brings its own associated risks. Wyatt’s Camp (Pty) Ltd., the owners of the game reserve, therefore wish to advise that all persons who enter and dwell in the reserve, are transported in a Wyatt’s Camp owned vehicle or participate in a guided walking trail do so at their own risk.

Wyatt’s Camp or any of its respective subsidiaries and their respective directors, employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, workmen or representatives (hereinafter jointly and severally referred to as the company) do not accept any responsibility for any injury to or death of any person, or loss of or damage to property, regardless whether such injury, death, loss or damage results from the negligence of the company or from any other cause whatsoever.

Any person/s accompanied by or in control of a minor or a person with limited capacity indemnities (where more than one person jointly, and severally) the company against any claims by such minor or person, arising from or in connection with his/her presence in the premises including specifically, without being limited thereto, any claims in respect of injury, death, loss or damage, as aforementioned arising from any cause referred to above.
