And hereby authorise:

Tyrone Koursaris BSc Hons Assoc RICS of Efficient Party Wall Ltd of Sopers House, Sopers Road, Cuffley, EN6 4RY to sign, issue, serve, receive and respond to all Notices and requests under the Act including further Awards relating to the works currently proposed at {address}.

Where a dispute arises or has risen, deemed or otherwise, under the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996, we hereby appoint Tyrone Koursaris BSc Hons Assoc RICS to act as our Surveyor or as the agreed Surveyor Pursuant to Section 10 of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. We understand that this appointment shall not be rescinded by either party to the dispute, Pursuant to Section 10(2) of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996

We further authorise Tyrone Koursaris BSc Hons Assoc RICS to make all requests and appointments under the Act on our behalf which may be necessary to expedite the progress of the matter.

For the purpose of compliance with ‘The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 (Electronic Communications Order 2016 we are agreeable to receiving notices and or other documentation including awards by means of electronic communication. The specific email address to use is {email}.
