Small Dog Finder/Foster Agreement Details

At Three Little Pitties Rescue, our smaller dog breeds often have a higher adoption fee. While small dogs typically receive a lot of interest, many of the animals we save - especially, larger breeds - require more extensive medical care, longer stays, and higher transportation costs. The higher fees for these small dogs, help us to provide care for the larger dogs and offset the costs. Once the dog comes into our program, whoever adopts the dog will pay an adoption fee that is at the rescue's discretion. If you agree to this, please acknowledge the box below.

I hereby certify that I am the rightful owner/keeper/caretaker/custodian of the animal(s) who is/are the subject of this Owner Surrender Form, hereinafter referred to as “the animal.” I hereby surrender any and all property rights to the animal. I understand that by surrendering my property rights to the animal, the outcome of the animal will no longer be my decision. I also hereby certify that the animal has not bitten or scratched a human or another animal within the past 10 days. I understand that once I relinquish the animal, the animal will not be available to be returned and is no longer my property, and that Three Little Pitties Rescue has a legal right to said animal, actionable in court of law. I further certify that I have read and understand the terms of this Surrender Form.
