Nominations Sought
Do you know or work with a public servant who excels in the workplace, demonstrates leadership, volunteers within the community, and goes above the call of duty and citizenship of Putnam County? We encourage you to recognize them by nominating them for the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Community Hero Award program. Nominations will be accepted until March 15, 2026.
Eligibility:
*Currently resides and works in Putnam County * Consistently demonstrates a commitment to his or her profession * Is dedicated to building and fostering relationships, leadership activities, and ongoing professional development *Possesses an unparalleled commitment to community service impacting the community and citizens * Consistently promotes goodwill within the community *Demonstrates philanthropic involvement in Putnam County
Overview:
The general public is invited to nominate a public servant for this award. A committee will review the nominations and select the recipient. Nominations are due by March 15, 2026. A paper copy of the awards nomination can be emailed to: ottawachamberofcommerce@gmail.com or mailed to Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 68, Ottawa, OHIO 45875. Please note that the nominator will be invited to present the award to the winner at the OACC Annual Dinner in May.
