This agreement contains the entire understanding between Alice Paul Center and the Renter. As a designated historic site, we prioritize the preservation of our venue’s integrity. This helps protect the site’s historic features. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in preserving our space. Please put a check mark by each term, indicating that you agree.

If a staff member is not on site during the rental period, renters are responsible for locking the premises and setting the alarm after their event.
Refrain from hanging, taping, or affixing any items to the walls, including decorations, signage, and other materials.
For safety reasons, open flames are not allowed anywhere on the property or inside the building.
Smoking is prohibited both inside the building and in the immediate vicinity of the property.
To maintain a clean environment, the use of confetti and other non-biodegradable materials is not permitted on the premises.
Due to the Township of Mount Laurel noise ordinance, events cannot go past 10 PM.
Renters are responsible for removing all event items, except those belonging to a rental company and/or Alice Paul Center. Any items unclaimed will be discarded.

Per New Jersey State law, if alcohol is sold on the premises, a permit from The Division of Alcoholic and Beverage Control is required. Please submit this permit one month prior.
