Requirements for application

All applicants must be members of Social Value International, either directly or through a Joint Member Network. Please check whether your network is a Joint Member Network on the Social Value International website here.

If you are not a current member of Social Value International, please register on our website here before completing this form.

We require the following documents to complete your application:
- A complete copy of the report, including any appendices, with all references to the author removed
- A complete Excel (or similar) version of the impact map used as the basis for this analysis, with all references to the author removed
- Evidence of permission to submit the report from the relevant organisations. This evidence can be a signed letter, or a screenshot of an email from a representative of the organisation.

Report Assurance on behalf of applicants based outside of the UK is delivered by Social Value International. Social Value International will use the information you submit during the application process to deliver the service to you. As part of this service, your application information will also be shared with one or more of our assessors. Application documents and feedback may be used for training and quality assurance purposes.
