10/17 - Drop/Add Deadline -
3 weeks out our
Fall Weekend Roster Form
is due. This form will request final numbers, names, gender breakdown, food allergies, medications, & t-shirt sizes. After the 17th you will no longer be able to adjust attendee numbers and all payments will become non-refundable.
10/24 - Final Balance due.
Fall Weekend costs $175/per person. We will send a final invoice to the email used on this registration form on 10/20. Your balance will be $175/per person less the deposit paid when you registered.
How many total people do you want to bring to Fall Weekend? This deposit will secure their spot. You can drop or add until 10/17.
