By booking with RMS Ambulance Limited the following is included:
- Hours as quoted
- Medical plans (on request)
- Equipment used on the production
- Fuel and milage
- Clinical waste disposal
- Leasion with local services (via phone, email)
What is NOT included:
- Services not requested
- Hours outside of agreement
- Site visits
- Saftey Advisory group (SAG) attendance
- RIDDOR reporting unless RMS staff
By booking with RMS you are agreeing that:
- Terms and Conditions (T&C,s)
- Payment terms (at the bottom)
- RMS can provide your orgnistaion as a point of referance (unless stated)
- RMS can take promotional photos to be used in its advertisment (unless stated)
- RMS may have auditers from orgnistions such as local ambulance service, CQC and will be allowed to conduct their assesment of RMS whilst on duty
- Any amendments made at short notice may not be generated as a quote and added to the invoice
- RMS have the right to cancel if the event orgniser is not communitcating changes or acting upon local intellagence on an increase of risk
- Data regarding the patients will only be shared as none identifiable basis or when requested by parties that require the details such as insurance or legal
- Quotes not confimed within the period of time as stated will be subject to a re-quote
- Quotes are based on current financial circumstances, any surges in the cost of delivering the services will be charged as a sub-charge at the time of invoicing. Examples are increased cost of fuel, insurances, intrest rates.
Payment/ cancellation terms
- Full payment terms upto 14 days post event , card or bank transfer (terms can be discussed during booking)
- 50% payment required 15 – 21 days
- 25% 22 – 28 days prior to commencing date
- Free – cancellation over 30 days
Payment for RMS services based on requirments:
- up to £1,000 31 days post last day of services
- Over £1,000 50% deposit required 31 days prior to services
- Early payments of totals above £40,000 may be able to offer an early payment discount on the full amount being paid pre-show.
