    What Is Included in Your Booking


    When you book a course with RMS Ambulance Limited, the following are provided as part of your package:

    - The number of hours as quoted for the course


    - All course content as outlined


    - Use of equipment necessary for training


    - Course registration fees


    - Provision of the training venue


    - Certificates awarded upon successful completion of the course

     

    What Is Not Included

    The following items are not covered by your booking with RMS Ambulance Limited:

    - Transport to and from the venue
    - Any additional hours beyond those quoted
    - The cost of re-sitting the course

     

    Terms and Conditions of Booking

    By proceeding with your booking with RMS Ambulance Limited, you confirm your agreement to the following terms and conditions:

    - Acceptance of all Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)


    - Agreement to the stated payment terms, as detailed at the bottom of this document


    - Consent for RMS to take promotional photographs for use in advertising, unless you have stated otherwise


    - Understanding that auditors from organisations such as the local ambulance service, CQC, or Qualsafe may attend and carry out assessments of RMS Ambulance Limited during activities


    - RMS Ambulance Limited reserves the right to remove candidates if they fail to communicate changes as required


    - In the event of course cancellation, candidates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Accommodation, travel or other expenses cannot be claimed from RMS Ambulance Limited


    - All payments must be made in full at least 14 days before the course start date; candidates who do not pay in time may lose their place


    - It is the responsibility of each candidate to notify RMS Ambulance Limited of any learning needs or access requirements

    • 50% payment required 15 – 21 days
    • 25% 22 – 28 days prior to commencing date
    • Free – cancellation over 30 days
