The ‘Participation / Combo Booking Form’ is an official binding agreement between IFR Events (“the Promoters”) and the Company named in the form.

The official deadline for team registration is 15 days before the event.

Team Booking cancellation is accepted 10 days before the start of the event to allow enough time for the organisers to find a replacement. If cancellation is made after this date, the Promoters reserve the right to keep the participation fee.
