When booking wedding hair services, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit ensures your spot is reserved and will be applied toward your total wedding day hair service fee.
At Hair By Rachel Joy, we understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules may need to change. Your comfort and flexibility are important to us, and we strive to provide an stress-free experience for all our clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply let us know at your earliest convenience.
📅 Cancellations:
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee.
🚫 No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without contacting me, a no-show fee of 90% if your scheduled service will apply and must be paid before booking a future appointment.
