HeartBeat Studios Artist Application
This application is for individual artists who wish to partner with Heartbeat Studios. By completing this application, artist is agreeing to the following requirements.
1. Artists are considered independent contractors and will receive an IRS 1099 form at the end of each tax year.
2. Artist agrees that all designs they submit will be their original artwork OR art they have purchased for the purpose of resale. Note: Any claims made against any of our artists will be directed to the artist and could result in removal from the HeartBeat Studios platform AND result in legal action.
3. Artist has read the "HeartBeat Studios Artist Compensation Package" document and understands and agrees to all content provided in said document.
By submitting this application, I have read the requirements stated above as well as the HeartBeat Studios Artist Compensation Package document. I understand and agree to the policies and procedures outlined and would like to be considered for an Artist Partnership with HeartBeat Studios.

Can you provide all of your designs as vector artwork files? (Note: conversion software will not take non-vector art and make it vector, so avoid software that claims it can. Vector formats include .ai, .eps, .psd or vectored .pdf)

No - Tier 1 with 30% commission will be assigned if approved.Yes - Tier 2 with 40% commission will be assigned if approved.

HeartBeat Studios will deploy different method to also help drive traffic, but we cannot and will not offer any promises as to the success of those efforts.

We are operating in good faith that we can work together to create a fun environment for everyone involved and we expect our Artist Partners to do the same.
