By doing so, I agree to hold harmless and release any employees, volunteers, directors, representatives, and agents from the Event against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies, and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at the event.*

By authorizing this registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the City of Littleton, the Audi Denver Littleton Twilight Criterium and Arts Festival, the Event Manager, the Race Director, and Avant Garde Event Services staff, as well as all laws, codes, and regulations of the City of Littleton and Arapahoe County, to cooperate with Event management, and to pay the required deposit, booth rate, sales taxes, and any other applicable fees which will be due if I am accepted into the Event.
