IVAF Community Arts Scholarship Award

This application is for the 2024-2025 School year presented on behalf of the Indian Valley Arts Foundation of Souderton, PA - More info about our org here
The Foundation will grant one or more awards of (at least $250) to a student/students who show a passion in creative writing/poetry, performance art, or visual art and is interested in pursuing a career in the arts
Winner will have the opportunity to meet an expert in their artistic field to gain insights and wisdom
Awards presented at Concert Sundaes' Community Day event on the 1st Sunday in June
Applicants must live in the Indian Valley area of PA
All entries must represent work conceived and created by the applicant without AI

Applicants can submit 1-3 examples showcasing their work in creative writing, visual art, or performance art and a brief description of the project purpose/intent. Projects assigned in school/private instruction are great, but our committee is also very interested in self-assigned work. Please tell us when you made it, how it has meaning for you, and why you made it (for each of your 3 submissions).
