T&M Solutions is seeking Transfer Agents who are fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and are ready to join a professional, family-like environment. What We Offer: Monthly Salary: Starting at 5 cad per hour with the potential to increase based on performance after the first 3 months. Commission: Earn commissions for billable sales .Daily Bonuses: Rewarded for reaching specific sales goals .Growth Opportunities: Possibility of a raise after 3 months, based on factors like quality of work, compliance, attitude, attendance, teamwork.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 1 AM Lebanon time (no weekends or holidays).Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch break. Requirements: Fluency in English, Desktop or laptop (Windows only) with at least an i5 quad-core processor and 8 GB of RAM (MacBooks are not allowed), Wired USB headset, High-speed internet (20+ Mbps for both download and upload) with an Ethernet cable connection (WiFi is not allowed).Personal Skills: Dedication to your role and punctuality.
