Teacher of the Year Nomination Form
Thank you for your interest in nominating a teacher for the TechPoint Youth's Teacher of the Year awards! Some very deserving teachers will be recognized with cash prizes equaling $10,000 in total. Indiana is lucky to have so many outstanding teachers in our local community dedicated to STEM education, and we look forward to reading about the positive impact these teachers are making on students! We at TechPoint Youth are excited to have the opportunity to recognize these teachers and provide them with a token of our appreciation.

Please read the below requirements before starting the nomination form.

Requirements:
1. Must be an Indiana teacher.
2. Teacher must have actively participated in TPY program(s) within the past 3 years (Hour of Code, STEM Mentors, Robotics, VEX GO). If you are unsure if the teacher has participated in a TPY event, you can always reach out! You can also check our list of programs on our WEBSITE.
3. Teacher must engage students who are typically underrepresented in STEM fields today, including female and students of color.
4. Teacher must focus on implementing STEM concepts and 21st century skills either in or outside of their classroom.
