1. Authorization for Instruction, Testing, and Tutoring I hereby grant permission to the Academy of America to: • I will provide educational instruction to my child using remote teaching methods, including, but not limited to, video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual face-to-face communication tools. • Administer assessments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate academic progress and achievement. • Provide additional tutoring support as deemed necessary by the school to assist my child in achieving educational success. 2. Use of Technology I acknowledge and agree that online teaching methods, testing, and tutoring may require third-party technology, applications, and platforms. These may be used for instruction, assessments, and communication. I release Academy of America from liability for any issues arising from the use of these platforms, including but not limited to technical difficulties, data breaches, or service interruptions. 3. Release of Liability I agree that the Academy of America, its administrators, teachers, staff, and representatives shall not be held liable for: • Any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of remote learning, testing, or tutoring. • Any technical issues, unauthorized access, or misuse of technology platforms used for instruction or assessments. 4. Permission to Teach Course Material I give the Academy of America full permission to deliver its curriculum, instructional materials, and assessments as deemed appropriate by its educators. I understand that the school’s teaching practices align with its established policies and procedures, which I have reviewed and agree to uphold. I agree that the school, its teachers, and administrators are not responsible for differences in the interpretation of curriculum content or assessment results by students or parents. I waive any claims or recourse regarding the instructional content, testing methods, and tutoring strategies employed by the school. 5. Adherence to Policies and Procedures I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to comply with Academy of America’s published policies and procedures, including but not limited to: • Attendance policies. • Code of conduct for students and parents. • Academic integrity guidelines for assignments and testing. • Technology usage and acceptable behavior expectations during online sessions. 6. Consent to Participate By signing below, I confirm that I understand and accept the terms outlined in this document. I acknowledge that my child’s participation in online learning, testing, and tutoring is contingent upon compliance with these terms.
