Team Requests (all team requests due April 15)
All player names must be given to The Chamber staff no later than April 15!

This is required in a timely manner by the golf course in order to appropriately pair teams. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

Mulligan (Limit one per team - $20)
Bet on Hole (Limit one per player - $20) *can also purchase at hole #18
Fairway Frenzy Raffle Tickets ($20 each - no limit)
Eight cash prize winners will be drawn on the hour from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the day of the golf tournament. Only 600 tickets available. Need not be present to win. Winning tickets will be put back into the drawing for additional chances to win.
Registration is NOT confirmed until payment is received - NO REFUNDS.

Payments are due by April 15.
