Travel Policy/Disclaimer

📍 Consultation Fee:
All inquiries require a non-refundable administrative consultation fee:
$25 for solo travel
$45 for couples
$75 for family & group trips
$15 for theme park tickets only
This consultation fee covers my time in planning, preparing, negotiating, and booking your travel arrangements. No research will be conducted until payment is received.
📍 Consultation Details:
The consultation fee entitles you to a maximum of 3 quotes for up to 2 destinations, valid for 24 hours after receipt.
📍 Booking & Additional Fees:
The consultation fee is charged per booking. A new booking, including a different or additional date/location, will require a new fee. If you’re modifying an existing booking, no additional fee will apply.
📍 Head Count Requirement:
When inquiring, please provide the total headcount of those who will be traveling. Any additional parties added after payment of the research fee will be considered a new booking, and the additional party will be required to pay a $15 booking fee.
📍 Customer Information Form:
The Customer Information Form must be completed within 48 hours of your research fee payment. If you need more time, please contact me via phone/text at (insert phone number here) or email at angelicaspassporttoparadise@gmail.com.
📍 Effective Communication:
Please respond to all communication within 24 hours to ensure timely processing of your booking.
📍 Employer Approval:
Please ensure that your requested vacation dates are approved by your employer before inquiring, if applicable.
📍 Price Variations:
Prices may vary based on availability, dates, and location.
📍 Be Deposit Ready:
Discounts and deals depend on timely deposits. Once you receive your quote, your booking must be secured with a deposit or full payment. Payment plans can be set up if your trip is more than 2 months away. If your trip is within 2 months, full payment will be required to secure your booking.
