Rent Credit Request Form Process:

1. Fill out the Rent Credit Request Form entirely and submit.

2. Once document is submitted PropM, Inc. will review the request with both Tenant and Property Owner. within 72 hours.

3. When an agreement has been made, Tenant will fill out and submit the "Agreed Tenant Funds Disbursement Waiver" and Property Owner will fill out and submit the "Owner Funds Disbursement Waiver"

4. Once both agreements are completed and signed, the disbursement will be made to the Tenants
