Plan now to join us to celebrate PRIDE throughout the AIRE Pride service area of Columbia, Montour, Snyder, Union, and Northumberland Counties. This our sixth annual Pride festival!

The event will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds in and around the Industrial Building.

We encourage LGBTQIA+-owned businesses and organizations as well as vendors who serve and support the queer community of the Susquehanna Valley to join us!

Businesses/Artisans/Crafters and food vendors are required to make a non-refundable donation as noted below for each 10x10 space requested. Nonprofit and community organizations are invited to participate at no cost, but are welcome to make a donation if they so choose.
- Indoor Vendors: $60.00 per 10x10 space inside the Industrial Building (air-conditioned!)
- Outdoor Vendors: $50.00 per 10x10 space outside the Industrial Building.
- Food Vendors:
  - Food Trucks (must be outside building): $40.00 plus 20% of daily sales at end of day.
  - Indoor Food Vendors: $60.00 (Note: open flame cooking is not permitted inside the building.)
- Electricity is available for an additional $10.00 flat rate.
All vendors (food vendors, businesses, and nonprofit organizations) will need to bring their own set up including tables, tents, chairs, and displays, if applicable. This will be an all-weather event, so please plan accordingly if you are an outdoor vendor. Food trucks using generators must bring low-decibel generators only.

Indoor spots are limited, and once they are sold out, will no longer be listed on this form as available. Indoor spots unfortunately cannot be guaranteed for all nonprofit organizations. All spots will be assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis. Early payment at the time of submission ensures your reserved space at the event(s). Those who choose not to pay at time of vendor submission will be sent payment information via email. We strongly encourage you to pay now to ensure your spot will be held. For those who wish to pay via check, please email airepride@airepa.org to let us know.

Agreement and Fine Print Details:

I agree and confirm that I will be a vendor at the AIRE Pride-A-Palooza Festival on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from the established start time to the established end time. I acknowledge that as the event is planned, these times may change slightly.

AIRE welcomes participation by all people regardless of age, creed, gender, gender identity, gender expression, physical or mental ability, race, ethnicity, religion and/or sexual orientation and I agree that I will engage in non-discrimating behaviors by respecting all other participants and attendees. This is a family-friendly event and children will be present. I agree that profanity and obscenity are prohibited and understand that violators will be asked to leave.

I agree and confirm that I will follow the rules and guidelines established by the venue and by AIRE in relation to my participation at these events.

NEW: Pay now for your space and save time later! Payment is due before the event or space will not be held. Those opting to send checks for payment can make them payable to Association for Inclusion, Respect and Equity and mail them to AIRE, PO Box 47, Catawissa, PA 17820.
