• All-Inclusive participants and companion/spouse at camp participants are welcome to arrive late afternoon on Thursday and stay until Tuesday after breakfast and enjoy the following perks: delicious chef cooked meals, yoga in the mornings, hottub use, and downtime with the coaches and other participants.
• Add-On private pickleball lessons with any coach are available and are $100 per lesson.
• Add-on Piano Lessons and Thai Massage are also available. Piano lessons with Polly are $100 per one-hour lesson (up to two lessons for the weekend.) A 90-minute Thai massage with Dale Cobb is $110 
• Feel free to enroll in lessons/massages even if you're not attending camp. 
• Lessons/massages will be scheduled on Friday throughout the day or Tuesday morning after camp ends, or may be scheduled on camp days before or after pickleball activities. 

Pickleball Camp Cancellation Policy and Travel Insurance

Cancellation Policy:

We have designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible while balancing your needs with ours. We strongly encourage our campers to get travel insurance (www.travelinsurance.com) to protect their investment in camp in case unforeseen circumstances lead to a cancellation.

There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight delays or cancellations, or illness beyond what is scheduled below in our cancellation policy.

1. If you cancel with a minimum of three to six months notice, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. 

2. If you cancel with a minimum of two to three months notice, there will be a 25% cancellation fee.

3. If you cancel with a minimum of one to two months notice, there will be a 35% cancellation fee.

4. If you cancel with less than one month notice, there will be a 45% cancellation fee.

5. If you cancel with less than 10 days notice, there will be a 75% cancellation fee.

Travel Insurance:

At times campers need to suddenly cancel camp due to an unforeseen illness, family emergency, or injuries, etc. In order to protect your payment for pickleball camp, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. www.travelinsurance.com is a travel insurance comparison site where you can compare policies to suit your needs.

If you proceed without purchasing travel insurance, you understand that depending on the timing of a cancellation you may have to forfeit (all or part of) your payment.

I release Sonatina, its Directors, and all personnel from any claim of any kind whatsoever arising out of or during attendance at Pickleball Camp, and I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any and all claims, including and not limited to legal fees, incurred by reason of attendance at Pickleball Camp. In addition, I agree that the pickleball particpant E-mail list and other materials provided by Sonatina shall not be used by me or furnished by me to anyone else, for any commercial purpose whatsoever. I also agree that Sonatina may use photographs, videos, and/or recordings of me with or without my name for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and/or web content.
