Criteria for Evaluation

Nominations will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  Tangible contributions that have positively influenced their team, company, or the broader industry.
- Leadership and Initiative:
  Demonstration of leadership and initiative, even in non-leadership roles.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
  Exceptional ability to foster teamwork and mentor colleagues.
- Integrity and Values:
  Upholding high ethical standards and aligning with the mission and values of the Southeast Produce Council.
