R&S Septic Solutions has permission to access the property, locate the septic tank, uncover lids as needed, and complete a standard pump service.
Tank lids may require light digging. If the tank location provided is incorrect, extra digging may be needed.
Some system parts may be aged or worn. Any issues that appear during pumping are related to the condition of the system.
The pump truck will use the safest and most reasonable access point available.
The base price includes pumping up to 1,000 gallons. Extra charges may apply for larger tanks, additional digging, blockages, multiple tanks, or extended hose distance. Full pricing is available at:
