    best possible service and treatments to our clients. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding,
    please read the following No Refund Policy carefully.

  • Non-Refundable Services and Products

  • 1. All services and products purchased from NewYou Medical Inc are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • * Cryolipolysis treatments

    * Infrared light sauna sessions

    * Facial Treatments

    * Any other wellness services or products offered

  • 2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • * Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so
    will result in loss of deposit, or the prepaid service will be removed from your account.

    * No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

  • 3. Packages and Prepaid Sessions

  • * Packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be used within the specified period or will be forfeited.

    * In the case of unforeseen medical conditions, a doctor’s note may be required to discuss
    possible alternatives, but refunds will not be issued.

  • 4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, 
     and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

  • 5. Exceptions

  • No exceptions will be made to this No Refund Policy unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
