1. The payment of the deposit or full payment enrolls the participant the selected period of the Summer School programme and confirms their place.
2. All deposits and payments arfe non-refundable, unless the Summer School is cancelled by the organizers.
3. All medical conditions of the participant mjust be stated on the application form in a concise and clear manner.
4. All participants are expected to bring suitable footwear, clothing, swimwear and sunscreen as recommended by Summer School organisers.
5. All other resources will be provided by the school.
6. The school shall not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the participant.
7. The school reserves the right to cancel any part of the programme and replace it woth an alternative.
8. Mobile phones mjust be handed to Summer School Teachers and will be prohibited during the Summer School day.
9. The school staff may take photos or videos during activities and may use such photos or videos for promotional purposes. However, if you do not wish images of your participant to be used by us, please inform us anytime. A form will be provided to indicate this.
10. The guardian authorises the school to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness. It is likewise the School's responsibility to inform the parents/guardians in case such an event arises at the earliest time possible for the School's staff to inform the parents or quardians.
11. The schedule of activities is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
