Before using the form to make your choices please read the information on the school website then follow the instructions below.

Choose a Science Option*

Choose between three separate sciences or combined sciences.

Choose Geography or History*

You must choose one of Geography or History. It is possible to choose both. Choose one here and the other in a section below.

Choose a first option subject*

You should not select a subject you have already chosen elsewhere on this form.

Choose a second option subject

You should not select a subject you have already chosen elsewhere on this form.

Choose a reserve subject*

It is not always possible to offer everyone their first choice of option subject. Do not choose a reserve subject that you have chosen as an option.
