  • Study Title: Evaluating the Effects of Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) Using inHarmony Devices

    Purpose of the Study: This study aims to evaluate the immediate effects of vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) using inHarmony devices on stress, relaxation, mood, and overall well-being.

    What Participation Involves:

    • You will complete a brief online questionnaire before your vibroacoustic therapy session (baseline).
    • After your session, you will complete another online questionnaire to assess its effects.
    • Your participation is limited to answering these two questionnaires and will take approximately 2 minutes in total.


    Voluntary Participation: Participation is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to participate or withdraw from the study at any time without affecting your session or relationship with your practitioner.

    Confidentiality: Your responses will remain anonymous and will be used for research purposes only. Data will be securely stored and shared in aggregate form, ensuring that no identifying information will be disclosed.

    • Benefits: While there are no direct personal benefits, your participation will contribute to understanding the potential wellness benefits of vibroacoustic therapy.
