You agree to come, camera ready, dressed in the appropriate attire as requested and minimal light makeup, unless otherwise requested.
I hereby give the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to Maverick Salon and the stylist performing my services, to use the photographs that he/she has taken of myself in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer(s) all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage.
