Acceptance: Once you sign up, you will get an email alert, check your spam if you do not receive it. Then we will review your applcation to make sure you filled it out correctly, paid the right amount, then we will send you an acceptance letter.
Withdrawal: Once the funds are committed, participation fees are not refundable. If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing, see email below.
Cancellation: If weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond the control of SR BID cause the event to be canceled, participation fees will not be returned. SR BID will not be held liable to vendors for the failure of the event to take place.
Dash Plaque and Final Instructions: If accepted, your registration number, entry dash card, plaque & map will be mailed to you the Monday before the event.
T-shirts will also be available for purchase at the event.
