Terms
Upon application approval, a security deposit must be received within 3 days to secure the property and begin the leasing process. If the security deposit is not paid in full within 3 days, or a payment agreement is not established, approval will be rescinded and application withdrawn.

If you (the tenant) decide to withdraw for any reason unless given approval by landlord, you (the tenant) will forfeit your security deposit to the landlord & collection efforts may continue & be enforced.
