Dear Renter: If you have any maintenance issues (i.e.. leaking taps, running toilet, etc.) that require attention we want to hear from you immediately. Please complete and submit this form. You will be contacted by the respective Housing Staff member within two business days, and we will attempt to fix the problem(s) as soon as possible.

If this is a maintenance emergency within business hours, please call the Housing department immediately at 250-828-9719.
