  • Our weekend will start with a meet and greet on Friday, August 8. This will be an opportunity to connect with family members you don't know, and reconnect with those you haven't seen in a while. The meet and greet wil be held at the VFW Hall located at 8777 Philadelphia Road in Rosedale, MD from 6pm to 10pm. Shirts will be handed out at the meet and greet.

    Saturday August 9 promises to be a day filled with love, laughs and lots of fun activities. Please bring your tables, tents and chairs. The family cookout will be held at Rosedale Park in Pavilions A & B from 12pm to 7pm. 

    We will close out the weekend with church service on Sunday August 10 at Greater Gethsemane Ministries located at 2525 East Preston Street in Baltimore. Service begins at 9:30am.

    There will be an optional farewell meal at Skip Jacks Crab House following service. They are located at 7703 Belair Road south of the beltway. Crabs are the focus but there will be lots of other great food! (The cost of crabs and food on Sunday is not included in the registration fee)

  • Details regarding cost are as follows:

    *Ages 14 and over: $50.00 per person

    *Seniors: $40.00 per person (Ages 62 and older)

    *Children ages 6-13: $30.00

    *Children under 5: FREE

    *This cost includes your attendance and light fare at Friday's meet and greet, your attendance and food at Saturday's picnic and your family T-shirt.

    *There is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit required for ages 14 and over, a $20.00 deposit for seniors (ages 62 and older) and a $15.00 deposit for children (ages 6-13) due no later than June 6, 2025

    *The balance is due no later than July 11, 2025

    *Payments can be made in increments or all at once
