The Cru Fellowship for Church Multiplication will equip you to:
- Reach the lost in a wise, clear, authentic and relevant way
- Establish new believers in their walk with Jesus and develop them into faithful disciples
- Equip faithful disciples to become fruitful workers in the harvest - those who make disciples and multiply spiritually
- Entrust fruitful church planters, their team and gospel workers with the work of multiplying vital churches for everyone, everywhere
CFCM is an apostolic-multiplication community. You will have the opportunity to become part of an ongoing peer-coaching learning community of leaders who are committed to see the church multiply.
The Fellowship course goes from September to June annually.
The Cru Fellowship for Church Multiplication has in-person and online elements.
There are three in-person sessions with special opportunities to develop as field-practitioners.
- September 15-18, 2025 (Santa Ana, CA)
January 26-29, 2026 (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
June 3-6, 2026 (Kansas City, KS/MO)
Additionally, there is one two-hour session monthly.
All participants will have a self-chosen accountability partner and eventually be placed in a Peer-Coaching Circle.
Cru Fellowship for Church Multiplication Expenses:
The expenses you are responsible for range from $2,500 - $3,000 for your travel, food and housing for our three “in-person sessions” (that’s a total amount).
Once your application is accepted, there will be a $200 participation fee.
Other costs are covered by the Fellowship, as Cru has raised the money for your coaches, all session materials, application processing, and the teaching team.
Application Process:
- Complete and submit this application.
- When we have received your application, it will be reviewed by members of the CFCM National Team.
- We will notify you within 30 days whether we intend to invite you to join the Fellowship class for 2025-2026 or not.
- Acceptance criteria include:
- Spiritual maturity – demonstrated walk with the Lord and evidence of the Spirit-filled life
- Leads with faith and dependence on the Holy Spirit
- Strong commitment to the church and experience in church leadership and multiplication
- Demonstrates the qualifications of an Elder
- Initiative – can enter and create opportunities within relational networks
- After your application is approved, a link will be provided to pay the $200 participation fee.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fill out the application completely. Some questions may probe into areas that are uncomfortable for you. Be honest, transparent and humble. Your application will be treated with the utmost discretion.
- Use this link to request references from each of the following: (1) someone who has served with you in ministry; (2) a close friend who is a mature Christian. Additionally, you might want to send a personal email giving them a “complete by this date” suggestion and thanking them for their help.
- The application deadline is June 1 (annually) for those desiring admission in our fall to next spring sessions. Applicants are encouraged to submit their forms as early as possible.
If your plans change, and you wish to remove your application from consideration, please notify us as soon as possible.
